Thank you for your interest in joining Wendy’s Luxury as an Executive Assistant. We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive professional who can support our CEO with scheduling, communication, task management, and special projects across our luxury business divisions.

As our Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly while upholding the premium experience our brand is known for.

📌 Position Type: Part-Time Remote (Philippines-based)
📆 Schedule: Monday–Friday, Time Client Based EST
💼 Compensation: To be discussed based on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Calendar & inbox management

  • Document organization & filing

  • Meeting coordination and note-taking

  • Internal communications with our team and clients

  • Following up on tasks using ClickUp and Teams

  • Assisting with onboarding, reporting, and client coordination

  • Managing invoices, SOPs, and branded documents

  • Light CRM and email marketing support (training provided)

  • Proactive problem-solving and professional communication
