As our Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly while upholding the premium experience our brand is known for.
📌 Position Type: Part-Time Remote (Philippines-based)
📆 Schedule: Monday–Friday, Time Client Based EST
💼 Compensation: To be discussed based on experience
Calendar & inbox management
Document organization & filing
Meeting coordination and note-taking
Internal communications with our team and clients
Following up on tasks using ClickUp and Teams
Assisting with onboarding, reporting, and client coordination
Managing invoices, SOPs, and branded documents
Light CRM and email marketing support (training provided)
Proactive problem-solving and professional communication
